Unbeatable and comfortable position.
Wonderful and clean place, the rooms are well furnished and brand-new. Units in the other bedrooms. Excellent food for savoury and great breakfast with excellent cappuccinos. Nice design, efficient service in the entire hotel.

From our very first meeting with the Hotel Owner, and his staff, we were made to feel welcome--almost as a family member. They continually extended every courtesy, and strove to exceed our expectations. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary--and were greeted in our room with a spray of flowers and a bottle of Asti Spumanti on ice! Morning breakfast was a wide array of choices of pastries, and coffee "made to order", as well as fruit, cheeses, meat, other items. Dinner was a culinary experience-- prepared by family, and staff. We were out three weeks, including Rome, Athens and a cruise-yet these meals were as good as we had anywhere. Transport was provided by the staff, since there was a local transport strike during our stay. Family insisted on helping us get where we wanted to go locally, and there was a train station a block away where we could get in to Rome in short order.

I had a fantastic stay for three nights at this place—it really went above and beyond my expectations. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the Vallelunga race track where the world superbikes event was happening. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning! 🌅.

Spacious, modern, nice looking rooms with flatscreen tv's, wifi, a/c, small kitchen area. Good size bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant served good food and the included buffet breakfast was excellent. Free parking in garage. Would go back!
Not much to see/do in close proximity to the hotel, car is needed.

The size of the rooms and the friendlyness of the staff,
Not to near the lake you need a car to get there or there is a bus you can get infront of the hotel

The location is absolutely stunning, situated on the beautiful southern shore of Lake Bracciano. The peaceful and quiet countryside setting provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a great bathroom and air conditioning. The breakfast, which was included in the room price, was delicious and the cappuccinos were excellent.
All was perfect!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; thank you very much!
It would have been helpful to have had more detailed information of how to walk to the hotel from the train station, as it is not very obvious (for example, you could say, "When exiting the train station, take the road to the left until the next intersection. The Massimino can be seen to your right, across the street.").

Hotel staff were wonderful, went out of their way to give us train timetable, detailed directions of how to catch the train to Rome, get to the Vatican from the train etc. We were upgraded to a huge apartment despite only booking a standard room and the Hotel generally was presented really well, felt clean and fresh. Resteraunt served good quality, very reasonably priced food.
